ThemeParks.travel ("the Site") is an independent informational travel guide. The Site is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any theme park, water park or attraction featured on its pages. All park names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Information accuracy

We collect prices, opening hours and other details from official park websites and ticketing partners, and we date our updates. However, parks change this information frequently and without notice. Content on the Site is provided "as is" for general guidance; always verify critical details (prices, hours, closures, height restrictions) with the official park website before travelling. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the Site's content.

3. Tickets and third-party services

The Site does not sell tickets. Booking links lead to third-party platforms (including Tiqets, GetYourGuide, Klook and Headout). Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that platform, governed by its own terms. Refunds, cancellations and customer support for bookings are handled by the platform, not by us.

4. Affiliate disclosure

We may earn a commission when you buy through links on the Site. This is at no additional cost to you and does not influence our editorial content.

5. Intellectual property

Text and original graphics on the Site are © ThemeParks.travel. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Republishing full articles without permission is not allowed. Photographs are used under their respective licences with attribution where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the Site at scale, misrepresent its content as official park communication, or use it for unlawful purposes.
